1. Keep your hands clean and dry, and remove the strips from the package

2. Gently press the strip along the gum line to the upper row of teeth, avoiding sticking to the gums.

3. Fold the excess. Repeat the process and place another strip on the lower row of teeth. After 15 - 20 minutes, the strip will dissolve on its own.

1. Are dental strips safe?

Of course. The formula has been assessed by a competent person as safe for use.

2. Can I use it before bedtime?

This is not a product that can be used overnight. ZenyumBright™ hypoallergenic water-soluble strips will dissolve on their own after 15-20 minutes of use.

3. Can I wear invisible braces at the same time as braces?

We recommend that you put on your braces after the strips have completely dissolved.

4. My whitening strips are not working.

Make sure to use the strip at least twice a day and apply it properly to the surface of your teeth. A 14-day consumer study of teeth whitening with 56 participants in the UK confirmed that when used correctly, our strips can brighten teeth by up to 4 degrees.

5. Will this product damage the dental restoration?

Do not use this product if you have loose teeth or are using dental restorations.
