How do Zenyum Clear Braces work?

- Send photos of your teeth to your dentist for an initial assessment. (It's free!) You must be at least 16 years old to participate)
- Once your dentist has confirmed that you are suitable for ZenyumClear, ZenyumClear Plus or ZenyumClear™ Extra treatment, you will need to go to a registered dental clinic in Hong Kong for a dental scan, X-ray and a simple oral assessment. (There is a $1,500 fee for this detailed consultation and is charged directly by the dentist's office.) )
- Have your orthodontic plan reviewed by your dentist.
- Once you have confirmed your treatment plan, you will be charged $16,800 (ZenyumClear™ ), $26,800 (ZenyumClear™ Plus) or $29,800 (ZenyumClear™ Extra).
- You will need to wear braces for 20-22 hours a day and only remove them temporarily when you eat and drink and clean them. We will provide you with more detailed instructions when you receive your braces.
How long does Zenyum Clear Braces treatment take?
The duration of treatment varies from case to case. Most cases can be completed within 3-7 months. Due to the complexity of the cases handled by ZenyumClear Plus, the treatment time can be as long as 10 months. ZenyumClear™ Extra can handle the most complex cases, with treatment times of up to 10-15 months.
How long does it take to see results?
Generally speaking, after 2-3 months of wearing Zenyum Invisible Braces, you can already start to see results.
Can Zenyum Clear Braces be worn only on the upper or lower teeth?
No, Zenyum Invisible Braces are designed to be worn in their entirety, and we have found that this is the best way to achieve the best results. If you only have one row of teeth that need to be adjusted, then our braces will focus on that arch and the other row of teeth will only have a slight adjustment.
What is the applicable age for Zenyum clear aligners?
To use Zenyum clear aligners, you must be 13 years of age or older and have completed oral and dental development (13-17 years old requires parental consent). If you are a teenager aged 13-17 and need to be assessed by a registered dentist in Hong Kong for a more detailed examination, it is recommended to conduct our initial assessment and then be contacted by a smile specialist. What if I'm not satisfied with my corrected smile?
If you do not wear the required number of hours, your teeth may not be straightened as planned. Some people's teeth may be difficult to adjust and require additional clear braces, we will take care of the cost and you will not have to pay for the additional braces. However, you still need to pay about $1,500 for consultation and re-scan at a registered dentist clinic in Hong Kong.
What is the difference between Zenyum clear braces and other brands on the market?

If I need to have my smart teeth removed, do I need to start wearing Zenyum Clear Braces after they are removed?
If, after your initial assessment, you have confirmed that you are suitable for Zenyum Invisible Braces, you may be able to start with an initial consultation. Your Hong Kong registered dentist will advise you on the problem of smart teeth. Unless these teeth cause significant problems, most Zenyum users do not need to have their smart teeth removed.

How do I enable maintenance?
Every set of ZenyumSonic™ toothbrushes comes with a one-year warranty! Please refer to the Refund & Exchange Policy if necessary.
To enable maintenance, you'll first need to install the Zenyum app on your Apple or Desk phone! Then follow these steps to enable maintenance:
- 1. Sign up for an account with the same email address you used to purchase ZenyumSonic™
- 2. Click Enable Maintenance
- 3. Confirm your order details and activate the one-year warranty
- Activation complete! You will receive a confirmation email
How do I activate the ZenyumSonic™ toothbrush one-year warranty?
All Zenyum Sonic™ are covered by a one-year warranty. This warranty period starts from the date of purchase and guests are required to keep the purchase receipt.
The warranty only covers any problems that occur when the customer properly uses the product in accordance with the instructions. Problems caused by improper use or natural wear and tear are not covered by the warranty. Possible circumstances that are not covered by warranty include (but are not limited to):
- The toothbrush shaft is discolored
- The battery is loose
- Unauthorized self-repair
- Wear and tear caused by the use of non-Zenyum brush heads
How to activate the warranty period:

- Once confirmed, you can check your warranty period at any time via the phone app!
If something happens to ZenyumSonic™, can I get a refund or a replacement product?
All ZenyumSonic™ toothbrushes are backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the performance of the product within 30 days, we will refund the full amount.
Refunds for ZenyumSonic™ products must be made within 30 days of purchase, while product returns and exchanges can be made within one year of purchase.
Please let us know in advance before sending the product back. If necessary, please email your name, order number and reason for return to smilecosmetics.hk@zenyum.com. After confirming your return request, you will be contacted with the return address and return confirmation.
If you need to send a Zenyum product back:
- Store the product in its original packaging or other suitable packaging
- Print out the return confirmation and send it back with the returned product
- Go to the post office or courier center and mail the product to the address provided to you. We recommend that you keep a record of your mailing number, as we will not be able to return or exchange the product if it is lost and the customer fails to provide proof of delivery.
- As soon as we receive the product, we will process the return process and notify you.

How do I put toothpaste on a ZenyumSonic™ toothbrush?
This may seem like a simple question, but there's a trick to it: put the toothpaste on the toothbrush, then put it in the mouth, and then start the toothbrush. Otherwise, the vibration frequency of 33,000 vibrations per minute may "shake away" your toothpaste!
How long does a ZenyumSonic™ toothbrush last on a single charge?
It can be used for up to 3 weeks, so you don't have to worry about needing to recharge constantly.
How do I know when to charge my ZenyumSonic™ toothbrush?
The three indicators on the body of the toothbrush will show how charged the toothbrush is:-
When the toothbrush is on the charging dock:
- 100%: All three indicators will be on
- 99% - 10%: The middle indicator flashes every 10 seconds
- Less than 10%: All three indicators will be flashing
When the toothbrush is turned off:
- 100% - 11%: The indicator light will not illuminate
- 10% - 6%: Three indicators will flash every 5 seconds (the toothbrush will still be activated)
- Less than 5%: Three indicators will flash every 10 seconds (toothbrush will not start)
How do I replace my toothbrush head?

Are hypoallergenic water-soluble strips safe?
Of course. The formula has been assessed by a competent person as safe for use.
Can I use it before bedtime?
This is not a product that can be used overnight. ZenyumBright hypoallergenic water-soluble strips dissolve on their own after 15 - 20 minutes of use.
Can I wear invisible braces at the same time as braces?
We recommend that you put on your braces after the strips have completely dissolved.
My whitening strips didn't work.
Make sure to use the strip at least twice a day and apply it properly to the surface of your teeth. A 14-day consumer study of teeth whitening with 56 participants in the UK confirmed that when used correctly, our strips can brighten teeth by up to 4 degrees.
Will this product damage the dental restoration?
Do not use this product if you have loose teeth or are using dental restorations.
Are the whitening effects permanent?
Use this product regularly and consistently to continue the whitening effect. However, the degree of whitening and staying power are affected by factors such as food/beverage consumption, oral hygiene habits, lifestyle choices, and the color of the teeth themselves.
Will this product cause tooth sensitivity?
According to a consumer study (n=56), 93% of consumers do not have tooth sensitivity after use.
Enamel safety studies further confirmed that no dentine or enamel erosion was observed when using this product, and there was no change in enamel hardness.

How do I enable maintenance?
In the Zenyum App, select My Warranty and follow the instructions. You'll need to find the serial number of your ZenyumSonic Go at the bottom of your toothbrush and enter it into the Zenyum app to activate the service.
How long does the ZenyumSonic Go sonic toothbrush last on a single charge?
According to our testing and certification, it can last up to 25 days on a single full charge.

Zenyum Waterflosser Pro
Is Waterflosser Pro waterproof?
Waterflosser Pro is IPX7 waterproof. To reduce the risk of electric shock: Do not touch the charger with wet hands. Do not soak this product in water or any other liquid. Do not use this product in the bath or shower. Do not place or store the Waterflosser Pro where it may have fallen or been dropped into the tub, shower, or wash basin. If the Waterflosser Pro accidentally falls into the water, do not reach directly into it and unplug it immediately.
How to use Waterflosser Pro?
Start with the back teeth and gradually move to the front teeth. Slide the tip of the nozzle along the gum line and stay between the teeth for a short time. Continue to do this until you have thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside of your upper and lower teeth.
Is Waterflosser Pro good for kids?
Waterflosser Pro is available to anyone aged 8 years or older. Children should use this product properly under close guidance and supervision to ensure safety.
Can Waterflosser Pro replace regular dental floss?
The American Dental Hygienists' Association recommends using water flosser instead of flossing because multiple studies have shown that flossing is more effective than flossing when it comes to removing plaque and reducing bleeding gums.
Can I put mouthwash or other liquids in the Waterflosser Pro?
We recommend that the Waterflosser Pro use only water, unless otherwise instructed by your dentist.
Why won't my Waterflosser Pro start?
Make sure to fully charge your Waterflosser Pro before using it for the first time! Just look at the LED display. You can also check the battery level by pressing the mode button when the Waterflosser Pro is off.
How do I change my Waterflosser Pro nozzle?
Press the snap eject button to pull the nozzle out of the handle. Then insert the Waterflosser Pro nozzle you need to use into the center of the knob on the handle of the oral irrigator until it snaps properly.
Where can I buy more specialty nozzles?
If you need more standard nozzles, you can buy them here.
I've turned on the Waterflosser Pro and filled the reservoir with water, but why isn't there a spray?
Make sure the machine's filter is cleaned. To clean the filter, remove the nozzle. Rinse the nozzle with clean water to clean the filter. If your device still doesn't get any water flowing, contact Zenyum customer service for help.
How should I store the Waterflosser Pro after use?
After use, turn off the Waterflosser Pro and lift the flap on the water storage tank and pour out the remaining liquid from the storage tank until the storage tank is completely empty. To remove the storage tank, hold the unit with your left hand and turn the storage tank counterclockwise with your right hand to remove the storage tank. Restart the Waterflosser Pro until the water in the nozzle is completely sprayed. Now you can turn off the machine and get ready for the next use.

I've never used a sonic toothbrush, is it painful or sensitive?
The ZenyumSonic™ toothbrush is guaranteed to give you the new brushing experience you've ever had before! If you're using a sonic toothbrush for the first time, try starting with Mild mode to get used to the frequency of rapid vibrations.
Can ZenyumSonic™ whiten teeth?
The ZenyumSonic™ toothbrush has a whitening mode to remove stubborn stains and help keep your teeth white. However, please note that professional whitening results cannot be achieved with a toothbrush.
Is the ZenyumSonic™ toothbrush suitable for children?
Anyone over the age of 5 can use the ZenyumSonic™ sonic toothbrush! But as with any toothbrush, parents are advised to keep an eye on their children to ensure that they are brushing their teeth properly when it is safe to do so.
